Booking Terms

 Book a COLD HEART CASH tribute band that will deliver a memorable and authentic performance for your audience.

Base Performance Fee:

  • DUO, TRIO or FULL BAND

    The agreed-upon fee for the band's performance. -  Request quote.

  • Additional Fees (if applicable):

    • Overtime fees (if the performance exceeds the agreed-upon time).

    • Equipment rental fees (if the band provides additional equipment).

    • Sound and lighting fees (if provided by the band).

    • Travel expenses ( separate from base fee, and itemized. Mileage, lodging, per diem etc.)

  • Taxes:

    • Include any applicable sales tax or other taxes.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Deposit: A $250 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied towards your total balance. In the event of client cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled performance, no refunds will be issued, and the deposit is non-transferable. Rescheduling to a future event hosted by the same client is permitted if requested at least 21 days prior to the original event date. This rescheduling option is also transferable to another party. (We offer a variety of band options to suit diverse events.)

    • Payment Schedule:  A non-refundable 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the event. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept all major electronic payment methods. Company checks are accepted, but require full payment 2 weeks prior to the event.

    • Outline the payment schedule: We will send reminders prior to payment due date.

    • Ensure the band's size and instrumentation match your venue and audience expectations. A full band typically includes a lead vocalist (Tributes), guitar, bass, and drums. Some bands may also include additional instruments like a piano or backing vocals.

    • Choose a band with a proven track record of professional performances. Check their references and reviews.

    • Clear communication and a detailed contract are essential. The contract should outline performance duration, payment terms, and any specific requirements.

  • Travel and Logistics:

    • Many  tribute bands are willing to travel, but travel expenses are typically separate from the band's performance fee.

    • Discuss travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and per diem, in advance.

    • It is very important to discuss load in and load out times, and any backline that the band may need.

  • Cost Considerations:

    • The cost of booking a tribute band varies depending on factors like the band's experience, popularity, travel distance, and performance duration.

    • Get multiple quotes and compare them carefully.

    • Remember that the quote from the band, will not include the cost of travel, lodging and per diem.

  • Venue and Production:

    • Ensure your venue has adequate sound and lighting equipment to support the band's performance.

    • Consider the stage size and layout to accommodate the band's setup.
